1. Membership of the Institute’s Library will remain open to members, officials, teachers, examiners, markers and students of the Institute.
2. The Business hours of the library at Head Office shall be observed as follows:
Library will remain open from 9.00a.m. to 9.00 p.m. in all working days and in any weekly holidays (subject to change as per decision of the authority), if the authority deems it necessary.
3. Library services will also be provided at the Branch Coaching Centres for convenience of students. The timing shall be decided by the Officer-in-charge of Branch/Centres concerned taking into consideration of local conditions.
